Stakeholders' Interview
In a few meetings, I had with the Sr. Planner We started to understand who was My FIAT target audience.

Costumers’ manifest their interest to buy a FIAT through the website and all information is addressed to the manufacturer. The car will be available at the store in a few
After My Fiat
After the lead on My Fiat website, all information is addressed to the manufacturer. When the car is ready for the costumer, MY Fiat will deliver the new car with a full tank wherever the consumer chooses.

I created a design workshop to articulate ideas and find user needs. On the right wall, I gathered the whole consumer journey. On the left side of the room, I gathered four columns of post-its: Features, Expectations, Necessities, and Advertisement.
I then invited professionals from different areas, copywriters, planners, design directors, and UX designers.
Then I asked the team to explain briefly what is important to them when buying a car. Together we categorized every insight and generated a panel illustrating the users' aspirations.

During the wireframe creation, I had many alignments with the design team. We thought that striving for innovation and consistency would guide us to a pleasant interface.
It was when I perceived that we needed to view the project as an ecosystem.

My role in visual design was to guarantee that all my effort to address information, accessibility, and best UX practices would be implemented by the art director. I would like to give special credits to Marcos Balbino who has done an excellent job on the interface, also to Francisco Adelano, Tiago Furquim, and the whole strategy team.

This video was created in the pre-phase of the project. Our idea was to explain for the client the dimension of the project and how far MY Fiat could go. In fact, there’s a long way and My Fiat is already running its path.
