Samsung invited internationally renowned chefs to help us to discover the real Chef inside each one of us. Chef Experience is a platform to teach new cooking skills and techniques in six different countries; Brazil, Chile, Peru, The Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Mexico. 

The idea was to create interaction between people who usually cook for family and friends to renowned chefs and sell more Samsung products.

When we created the users' journey we defined a mindset. To encompass every stage of our experience with food. We already knew that Samsung products are present in every step of the journey but we also wanted to be present in a digital platform.

with a clear comprehension about the journey and wide research of the competitors I started to draw the portal structure.

After an alignment with product managers, I created a sitemap to conceive the strategy in a single document.

On the research, we discovered that users' at most of the time access recipes websites from tablets. So I started to draw the interface on an iPad landscape frame.

I created a mindset when I was drawing the interface to be very precise with the architecture information and set good readability for users to rapidly scan all elements on the website.

Every Saturday a chef presents a recipe exclusively created for the platform broadcasting the whole process live.

While following the live stream, our online audience could submit questions through social media using the hashtag #SamsungChefHelper.

Those questions are curated live by an assistant. The assistant is the bridge between our online audience and our Chef. While being broadcasted live, our Chef answers those questions while preparing the recipes.

The project also includes a partnership with SENAC (one of the largest educational institutions in Brazil), where professors and senior students of the Gastronomy course will support the users of the website (in Portuguese and Spanish) clarifying questions in real time about recipes and ingredients through Twitter.

The service works through Twitter every day, with online support Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Questions made after this time will be answered the next day.

After the broadcast, the content would be available on the website for those who could not follow live or would like to watch again.

The project began with the challenge to have a simple and intuitive layout. The Art director evolved the interface in an outstanding way.
