From showroom to screen.
An end-to-end car-buying journey connecting product, service and interface.
The brief
Design the purchase as one connected service.
My Fiat set out to turn the car-buying process into a digital experience, from choosing a model to receiving the vehicle. The work had to account for the operational and API ecosystem behind every screen.
Working with planning, technology and design, I mapped the decision journey, translated customer aspirations into a service architecture, and carried the concept into a coherent product direction.

01 / Service architecture
Design the purchase before the interface.
Buying a car is a sequence of decisions. The service had to connect confidence in the model with production readiness and delivery.
I interviewed planning, API engineering and technology stakeholders, then facilitated a cross-functional workshop with copy, planning, design direction and UX. Together we aligned customer expectations, operational constraints and the system behind every screen.
- Model selection, configuration and purchase formed one digital journey.
- Production readiness and delivery were treated as part of the same service.
- The final handoff brought the vehicle to the customer’s home, ready to drive.
02 / Final concept
The service became a product language.
The final direction connected discovery, configuration and purchase in one visual system, from desktop to the signed-in mobile journey.
